Back in action!

I will start off by saying that I’m sorry for how long it has taken me to post anything! It has taken me a long time to make sure that all of my spelling is correct….ha ya. No we just got Internet in the house! Give us a brake half of Africa still dose not know what it is! Things are off to a great start my kids are fun and keep me on my toes(to say the least) We had our first day of swimming this week and wow what a day was that… you try getting 19 four year olds ready to go to the pool…. Heck try to get them to do anything! They are so full of energy! School is over at 11:30am but by that time I feel like it is 5pm. They just had a little Open House at the Orphanage. It was so cute to see all the babies dressed up and the staff worked so hard to get things ready. We are going on a big trip this weekend and I can’t wait to get some supplies for the orphanage. The women are so thankful to get anything and everything! Hope all is well on the home side. Thanks for stopping by to see what is up!

First thing first! I wanted to extend a BIG HUG and thank you to all of you that donated to me this month. I can tell you off the bat how your donations will be spend. I hope to (still need the ok form the Boss man) to take my kids on a trip to a local Orphanage to spend the day playing with the kids. I know that they are young but they have a great world view it is amazing to see at such a young age. I want to expose them to ways that they can help so that they know and understand that they have to power to change the country.

Some of you have been asking how you can donate or become a member of the Monthly Donation team. If you would like your donation to be tax deductible you can send it to ABC’s home office and they will put it in my account at the end of the month. On the other hand if you want you may send a check to my house my Family can deposit it into my personal account.

Thank you so much for allowing me to be with the kids and people of Malawi. The Love that I experience is so overwhelming it often brings me to tears to see how joyful the people are with so little.

Hope that this finds you all well! It is with great excitement that this page is up and running!

This is my Kindergarten class! They are a bunch of hams. I enjoy every moment with them they are so full of energy and egger to learn it makes teaching so fun. I must confess that every now and then I have to stop and remember that I’m the teacher but this job (if you call it that) is just so rewarding and exciting! I have been asked to stay and teach again next year! My first response was YES! YES! YES! As all of you know I’m the type of person that thinks out all details makes sure that all the ducks are in the lake are uhh in a in….. ok I will just stop there I don’t even know how to finish that saying because as you know that is not me at all. However, I’m trying to take time to see if things work out for me to be here for an additional year. So happy thoughts and prayer would be much appreciated!!! Thanks for taking time to read this… MORE TO COME!!!!
